In 2023, market supervision departments at all levels in the province focused on key areas that are most anticipated by the public, most harmful, and with the greatest market supervision risks and pressures, concentrated their efforts, and severely investigated and dealt with a number of serious illegal cases in the field of people's livelihood, effectively safeguarding people's livelihood and well-being. From January to October this year, the provincial system investigated and dealt with 19,703 cases in key areas of the "Iron Fist" operation, and transferred 298 cases to the public security organs; 6 cases in Shandong were selected among the 8 batches of typical cases announced by the State Administration for Market Regulation, ranking among the top in the country; the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau concentrated on exposing 9 batches of 64 typical cases, and relevant experience and practices were promoted by the State Administration for Market Regulation. Second, we will promote the governance of excessive packaging of commodities based on the construction of a conservation-oriented society. Together with the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and other five departments, we issued an action plan, held a provincial mobilization and deployment meeting, and established a provincial working group to jointly promote governance. At the same time, we organized and carried out governance work on excessive packaging in key areas such as rice dumplings and moon cakes throughout the province. According to the survey, there are more than 320 tea production enterprises and more than 4,900 tea business enterprises in the province. So far, the provincial system has inspected 24,854 tea business merchants, ordered 390 rectifications, and released 46 typical cases.
Third, we organized a special campaign to comprehensively manage cheating at gas station based on maintaining market order and consumer rights. We worked with the Provincial Public Security Department, the Provincial Taxation Bureau and other departments to supervise and handle illegal clues, invited national law enforcement experts to give lectures in Shandong, and took the lead in establishing a talent pool for comprehensive management of cheating at gas station. 4. Focus on combining propaganda and publicity to strengthen social co-governance
